This is a busy urban hotel ,we were in transit ,it is used for professional conferences etc The laundry service was the best I have ever gotten elsewhere I.e Europe ,express service We arrived very late ,they organised a substantial burger — I have gone through the past 40 years not eating burgers— so I was very glad of it to relieve a gap The choice at breakfast was impressive Our room was substantial,effectively a suite and sufficient bathing shampoo,,razors( I left mine in Malaysia) etc. The TV worked The security staff ,porters had a sense of humour but also on the ball at keeping front of hotel moving There were daily newspapers in the lobby Architecturally impressive atrium and amazing flyover railway outside the like of which you don’t get in Ireland and UK Despite the business outside oasis of calm within I guess the only other Radissons I have been in have been Bruges ,Helsinki and Dublin— a reliable brand

The Radisson Blu offers necessary comfort, the reception is efficient, though there was a long wait to check in, possibly due to high demand. The rooms are good, though we had an issue with hot water—on the first night, we had to wait 20 minutes, and on the second morning, there was no hot water. Aside from this, the room provided ample comfort, including good bedding and Radisson Blu's signature blue neon style. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is small but charming, offering a refreshing escape from Kochi's heat. Despite the hot water issue, our stay was overall pleasant.

The customer service, the location, and food. Excellent buffet breakfast. Ala carte menu at Keshia is good, and their pancharanha paneer was so tasty Dinner buffet at Keshi was so carefully crafted masterpieces. Taste and presentation was wonderful Ms. Jophy, the host, was very hospitable and welcomed & guided me through the dinner buffet. Room, although small, the price is half that of what you would pay for a Rad Blu in Chennai or Bangalore. The rooms in Bangalore and Chennai are much larger All staff were very hospitable, courteous snd very helpful. Joyce, Manish, Jesmon, Delvin, Komal and Manoyara. Interacted with a few other staffs as well and they need a round of appreciation

The cleanliness and ambience was very nice in Radison Blu. The location is also good in center of the city.

Excellent location. The staff are friendly and very professional. My daughter forgot her Kindle device in the room when we checked out. The housekeeping staff contacted us later in the day and coordinated for us to collect it. Thank you for your diligence!

Five members of our family stayed there in two rooms. Had a pleasant stay. Breakfast is good. This is my second time staying at this hotel.. One negative thing is the swimming pool issue. There is no pool man and it is out of service. The reception staff are very good and cooperative. Especially Ms. Anakha and Mr. Sajin is very polite and very helpful. Anakha arranged the pool facility before the checking out.

The building was tidy, they are renovating it. The breakfast was really good, they even had bacon. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a nice view from the rooftop.
